I have been using ClearDefense for several years now. Our neighborhood is heavily wooded and they have consistently... done a great job keeping the outside of the home free from webs and insects. Austin, Mike, and Jerry have all treated our property. They are all amazing technicians... polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. RJ and Mike were the BEST!! They were very professional and detailed with doing an exceptional job with everything!... They explained the process and assured us that we can trust the process! I have hired different pest control businesses over the years, but none as good as ClearDefense Pest Control. Jared is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. This is our second month with ClearDefense and so far we have been... very happy! We have the indoor/outdoor treatment and the mosquito treatment. It is so nice to enjoy our yard and not have to worry about mosquitoes. Their products are approved for daycares and veterinary offices which puts us at ease as our dogs play in the yard the same day of treatments. I called ClearDefense a couple of months ago as I was doing price comparisons and their customer service person, Devin,... was so nice and very informative, he told me that they were always offering specials and to call back anytime. When I did call back he had all of my information from our previous conversation and was able to get me scheduled quickly. This type of customer service extended to the service person, Brian O'Keeffe, who was very nice and thorough with what he was going to do. He arrived with a mask on, put on shoe covering and was not only professional, but very nice. I will gladly do business with them again.read more

Moved to the area a few months ago and relatively quickly encountered pest issues. This is my first time dealing with... these kind of issues so obviously I was concerned and had a ton of questions. Brian and RJ came by and made it such an easy process! They explained how it would work, took care of business, sprayed, cleaned up spiderwebs, the whole 9 yards. Today, after a long time I have developed faith in a pest control company. Before using Clear Defense Pest Control I... used many other companies.They all left me disappointed and I started taking care of the bugs myself but I needed someone professional to go in nooks and crannies. So after my failed effort to keep up with the pests. I had no choice but to pray for a company who will provide the professional and effective service. I called Clear Defense Pest Control . MY experience with them from the first phone call to the day of service been excellent. They kept me updated on their exact time of arrival. When Brian came in the house to spray he was so informative and polite. He told me of the ants that I didn't even know were creating a hill. He took care of the hornets nests which I thought was at one location but there were several. The bottom line is if you want a company that will work for you then call this company and if you are in Indian trail area then ask for Brian. The exterminator who came to our house, Jared, was amazing. He explained the potential origin of the problem and how he... was going to solve it. Then in a timely manner, he completed the task and we saw results within the hour. He answered any question we may have and gave a detailed outline of what we will see in the coming days. He also gave advice on how to avoid this issue again such as checking packages and any paper or cardboard that is brought into the house. He was very nice and followed COVID CDC guidelines the whole time like maintaining 6 feet and wearing a mask. All around great service.read more
